David speaks often about politics and public policy to academic, business, educational and international audiences. He’s spoken abroad for the U.S. State Department numerous times, and as a European Union Visitor’s Program fellow. He’s spoken about politics and current affairs in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Fiji, Finland, France, Ireland, Israel, Lithuania, The Netherlands,  New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Sweden, Tonga, Uganda, and the United Kingdom.

Domestic audiences have ranged from the Delaware Press Center and the Pasadena, Calif., Rotary Club. David also lectures widely to academic audiences. The Dole Institute for Politics at the University of Kansas has hosted David to discuss election results. Other campus appearances include American University, Dartmouth, USC, Vanderbilt University, George Mason University, George Washington University, Gettysburg College and many others.

Business groups have also sought out David to provide political intelligence and insight about Washington and the political process. Audiences include Milwaukee, Wis.-based Baraboo Growth, a prominent asset management firm and Richmond, Va.-based Genworth Financial.
